We are looking for professionals with experience in talent sourcing and onboarding, who can manage end-to-end recruitment operations efficiently.
Open Roles: 1️⃣ Recruiters – Sourcing Specialists (2 Vacancies) 🔹 Responsible for identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple roles and industries.
🔹 Manage job postings, database searches, and social media sourcing.
🔹 Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
2️⃣ Recruiters – Onboarding Specialists (2 Vacancies) 🔹 Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
🔹 Coordinate with HR, payroll, and admin teams to ensure smooth joining formalities.
🔹 Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, offers, and employee records.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
locally available in Bahrain (preferred).
