We are seeking a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to join our award-winning Thalassa Sea & Spa – the only seawater spa in the GCC. If you are dedicated to wellness, excellence, and personalized guest experiences, we invite you to be part of our luxury hospitality journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage, body, and facial treatments in accordance with spa protocols

  
  

• Create personalized experiences tailored to guest needs, ensuring comfort and well-being

  
  

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of treatment rooms and spa areas

  
  

• Promote spa services and retail products, driving guest loyalty and revenue

  
  

• Uphold Sofitel brand standards and contribute to a serene, luxurious spa environment

  
  

• Maintain accurate records of treatments, schedules, and guest preferences

  
  

• Recognized certification in massage therapy and/or beauty therapy

  
  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa or wellness center

  
  

• Knowledge of a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, deep tissue, and skincare

  
  

• Exceptional grooming and interpersonal skills

  
  

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  
  

• Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction
