YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Your ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly within the matrix will be critical for your success in this role and of the function.This role requires interactions across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance) as a resource to the international markets and service center employees.
As a key enabling position in the service center, a customer service mindset is essential. The desired candidate will deal with confidential and sensitive data and must ensure conformity with policies, procedures, and regulations of Bacardi and external government agencies.
ABOUT YOU
Identify and improve effectiveness to the services provided by Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES).
Foster a Continuous Improvement Culture within Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES).
Standardize and document processes to drive excellence.
Provide insights and analysis to maximize resources, performance, and efficiency through analysis.
Provide a study of Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) of our Shared Service Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Be an outstanding member of a team that will identify and improve effectiveness to the services provided by Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES).
Support and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement through Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies for low / medium complexity projects.
Standardize, streamline and document processes to drive excellence.
Provide the insights and analysis to maximize resources, performance and efficiency through analysis for low / medium complexity projects.
Provide a study of performance management (KPI’s and SLA’s) of our Shared Service Center processes.
Become a point of contact for Operational Excellence in Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES) entities.
Provides timely and regular status reporting to management and project stakeholders for the improvement initiatives.
Provide consistent, effective, and open communication, both verbal and written.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
University degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
At least 1 years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Forms) is required.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Effective team player with a passion for learning and skill development.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Clear and effective technical and non-technical communication, with proven ability to manage and establish strong relations with stakeholders and peers.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Productivity and Metrics Management knowledge is preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred.
Experience in Project Management and Project Coaching is preferred.
