Key Responsibilities:

·       Administering BMC Control-M for complex infrastructure and environments.

·       Scheduling jobs, monitoring and resolving issues related to backups, applications, and file transfers across Control-M run control calendars.

·       Control-M upgrades across versions (6.3/6.4/7/8/9/9.0.19/9.20/9.21).

·       Managing project deliverables, reports, and infrastructure setup.

·       Coordinating Knowledge Transitions (KT) from clients to offshore support teams.

·       Control-M AAPI administration, agent installation, upgradation, and plugin management.

·       Automating reports with scripting languages like Shell, HTML, and Python.

·       Proficient in job scheduling and monitoring across Development, Test, and Production environments.

·       Developing shell scripts for pre-checks and post-checks in workflows.

·       Managing customer requests, ensuring optimal solutions for production, test, and system environments.

·       Handling priority issues related to Control-M, providing technical solutions and building SOPs.

·       Deep knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.

·       ServiceNow ITSM experience is a plus!
