Ø Responsibilities:

·        Design,  Building Management Systems (BMS), Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) and Lighting Control Systems.

·        Prepare IO lists for BMS systems including HVAC, and plumbing systems in addition to all interfaces with LC systems (CCTV, Access control systems, Fire Alarm systems,…)

·        Estimation of BMS/IBMS Systems - Input study, generation of RFI's, HVAC equipment take-off, preparation of IO summary, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, preparation of BOQ, costing, valve selection, cable schedule for Honeywell & Siemens.

·        Proposals- Studying specifications and arrive at inclusion/ exclusion list, Technical qualifications/ assumptions/ deviations

·        Select appropriate valves & actuators for HVAC equipment.

·        Collaborate with project team, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

·        Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.

·        Technical submittals- Preparation of system architecture, floor risers, control schematics, specification compliance etc. as per regional requirements.
