Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the overall Power BI solution, including data sources, ETL processes, and security layers.
• Design and lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance data models in Power BI to support complex reporting requirements.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance, ensuring responsiveness for large datasets.
• Ensure that Power BI environments comply with organizational security and compliance standards.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and Product Managers to align Power BI architecture with business goals.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on BI best practices, Power BI usage, and self-service BI strategies.
• Participate and contribute training sessions and workshops for business users to enhance their understanding of Power BI tools and capabilities.
• Continuously optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Support on Power BI quality, usage and troubleshoot performance issues related to data loading, DAX calculations, and report rendering.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, trends, and industry best practices.
• Oversee the deployment of Power BI solutions within an enterprise environment and develop/maintain the Enterprise Architecture Roadmap.
