Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead high-impact ERP projects from analysis to deployment. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful implementation and optimal use of Odoo's capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle of Odoo ERP implementations, including business analysis, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering and gap analysis with clients to design scalable ERP solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo modules to align with client business processes.
• Provide in-depth Odoo training sessions and develop end-user documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and oversee custom module development and third-party integrations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing functional support, upgrades, and system enhancements post-deployment.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including workflows, use cases, and configuration guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation in a functional consultant or business analyst capacity.
• Strong understanding of business processes across various departments (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo system architecture and best practices.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Odoo certification (functional or technical) is highly preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and project management capabilities.

Working conditions:

• Working hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM To 6:00 PM 
• Location: Sheraton (Hybrid)
