We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in building scalable Salesforce solutions and hands-on experience with AI capabilities including Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce development skills with an innovative approach to AI-driven automation, enabling intelligent workflows and enhanced user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations.
  • Build and optimize Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud features to support AI-driven processes.
  • Create scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions in line with Salesforce best practices.
AI Enablement & Implementation:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Einstein features, including predictive analytics, bots, and recommendations.
  • Design and deploy Agentforce agents for autonomous workflows, intent design, and natural language interactions.
  • Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering for enhanced AI responses.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure high-quality datasets for AI models.
Solution Architecture & Collaboration:
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs with AI-first thinking.
  • Collaborate with architects, admins, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Testing & Deployment:
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deploy solutions via Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Einstein AI (Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, Prediction Builder, Einstein for Sales / Service).
  • Working knowledge of Agentforce setup, intent design, and autonomous workflows.
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud and AI-related data preparation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integrations in Salesforce.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare AI implementations.
  • Salesforce certified Agentforce Specialist
  • Salesforce certified Data cloud Consultant
