Job Description: -

• Strong expertise in building Agentic AI

services in any Hyperscaler platforms like AWS, Google, Microsoft, Open AI etc.,

• Hands on working experience in delivering CX solutions using Google CES Product Suite - Conversational Agents, Agent Assist, Conversational Insights

• Expertise in working in various LLM landscape, with a knowledge to create Autonomous Agent Workflows

• Advanced Prompt Engineering experience, especially in Conversational Voice and Chat channels

• Strong knowledge of full-stack development for AI-driven applications

• Development skills in Agentic AI multi-node decision models - RAG, Semantic search, Data Handling, Agentic memory Key Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing Intelligent conversational agents

• Advanced understanding of Google's AI & GCP ecosystem

• Experience in transforming complex customer interaction workflows

• Strong skills in architectural design and implementation of AI-driven solutions

• Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
