Responsibilities :
As Lower Olefins and Aromatics Process Licensing Specialist, you'll use your understanding and
knowledge in a number of key areas. You'll be involved with the development of process packages,
licensing bid documents, executing in-depth evaluations of competitor positions, evaluating new and
emerging technologies, and developing in-depth client profiles.
You'll be working as part of our virtual expert network, and initially you'll be assigned to either Amsterdam
or Houston for up to two years of training, before moving to Bangalore.

Requirements :
You should be a Chemical Engineer with substantial experience of process technology, and ideally a
Master's degree. Either way you'll be familiar with process plants, plant technology evaluation,
assessment, the preparation of bid documents, licensing packages and costing.
You'll have excellent IT, communication and teamworking skills, and in addition to the responsibilities and
requirements outlined above, you may need to perform other tasks as needed.
You should also be aware that your work will involve field visits to the Shell Group's other operating
companies. This may involve extensive overseas travel and absence from your home for long or short
periods.
A permit to work in India is essential.
