Your Role

 Install, maintain and configure laboratory applications (Preferably Labvantage LIMS, and/or CDS, SDMS), handle customer requests, problem & incident handling, technical change management

 Roles & Responsibilities: 

Operation and Maintenance of LAB IT Applications (LIMS, CDS, SDMS..etc)
Coordination with external supplier
Quality control of LAB IT Applications Support LAB IT Applications Service and Project activities Business analyst activities (support of Business requirement generation, functional specification, Business consulting)
Process optimization, governance and change control

IQ / OQ execution
Business analyst activities (support of Business requirement generation, functional specification, Business consulting)
Process optimization, governance and change control

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a computer system, engineer, natural science or comparable discipline.
• 4+ years software development or LIMS implementation/maintenance experiences in Laboratory Informatics environments.
• Hands on knowledge in LIMS LabVantage 8.x or higher, CDS and SDMS, Master data, Jasper Reports or other reporting tools
• Knowledge of ITIL framework - Proficient understanding of GMP, 21CFRPart11, and related regulations associated with pharmaceutical product manufacturing Customer friendly personality with strong analytical capabilities and strong process orientation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
