Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Quality Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Playwright RestAssured SoapUI and JavaScript. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in software development and testing processes contributing to the companys mission of delivering exceptional products. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Utilize Playwright RestAssured and SoapUI to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement JavaScript-based testing frameworks to enhance test coverage and reliability.
• Monitor and report on test results providing actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with developers to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in testing practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results for future reference.
• Engage in program management activities to align testing efforts with project goals.
• Support the development team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Playwright RestAssured SoapUI and JavaScript.
• Demonstrate experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Display effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in program management is a plus enhancing project alignment and execution.
