Job Summary

The Sr. Product Specialist(T) will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the AVEVA PI Historian systems ensuring seamless data integration and analysis. With a focus on the utilities domain the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AVEVA PI Historian systems to ensure seamless data integration and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve data management and reporting processes.
• Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AVEVA PI Historian systems.
• Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
• Document system configurations and changes for future reference.
• Train and mentor junior team members on AVEVA PI Historian best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep systems up-to-date and competitive.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience with AVEVA PI Historian demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications.
• Have a strong background in data management and analysis with a focus on optimizing system performance.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Exhibit strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Show a keen interest in the utilities domain with relevant experience being a plus.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
