Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sterling OMS Java and Angular JS. This role involves analyzing business needs translating them into technical requirements and ensuring seamless integration with our systems. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
• Utilize Sterling OMS to optimize order management processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications to support business functions.
• Implement Angular JS to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any concerns.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and technology solutions.
• Ensure that all solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the development team during the implementation phase by providing necessary clarifications.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Sterling OMS and its application in business processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming for developing robust applications.
• Exhibit expertise in Angular JS for creating interactive web applications.
• Have excellent analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements.
• Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Display problem-solving abilities to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
