Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a range of technologies including SQL JPA Camunda BPM Spring Boot Java and more. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals. The position is based in the office with a day shift schedule and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust software applications using Java Spring Boot and related technologies to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance system performance.
• Utilize SQL and JPA for efficient database management and data retrieval processes.
• Implement business processes using Camunda BPM to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate seamless integration with external systems.
• Apply expertise in Spring MVC Spring Core and Spring Batch to build modular and maintainable applications.
• Leverage Hibernate for effective object-relational mapping and data persistence.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and utilizing tools like Maven for project management.
• Utilize SOAP and XML for data exchange and integration with legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in SQL JPA Camunda BPM Spring Boot Java JSON and related technologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing web services using REST API SOAP and XML.
• Experience with Spring MVC Spring Core Spring Batch and Hibernate is essential.
• Familiarity with Maven for project management and build automation.
• Knowledge of COTS Products in BFS Ast&Wlth domain is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
