We are looking for an Embedded Software Development C/C++. You’ll make a difference by: • Leading and mentoring a team of embedded software engineers in design, development, and integration activities. • Driving protocol development and implementation in Linux-based environments. • Having Understanding of Architect, designing, and optimizing software modules using C/C++. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, solutions, and delivery roadmaps. • Ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices. • Conducting code reviews, performance analysis, and debugging. • Owning technical decisions and provide guidance for problem-solving. • Coordinating with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. • Having Strong background in Linux environment, socket programming, and protocol development. • Experience in embedded systems, real-time applications, or communication protocols like BACnet , KNX • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. • Proven track record of driving technical topics and leading teams. • Having Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently with minimal supervision. • Having Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. You’ll win us over by: • Holding a graduate BE / B.Tech / MCA/ M.Tech / M.Sc with good academic record. • 8/10+ years of professional experience in software development with C/C++ programming in embedded domain. • Experience in networking protocols, IoT, or industrial communication standards. • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices. • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), build systems, and debugging tools.
