We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with 20 to 21 years of experience in Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Manage project budgets ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Provide technical expertise in Delivery Management to guide project teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project delivery.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage diverse skills and perspectives.

Primary Skill :

Defining Enterprise DevOps Solutions and Architects across the DevOps Tools Chain – Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, DevSecOps, Observability, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Ant, Maven, AWS/Azure Cloud.

Job Description:

• Lead organization's DevOps transformation
• Design and implementation of scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines across the enterprise
• Drive Revenue generation in DevOps, lead key DevOps pursuits
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ
• Define and execute the enterprise-wide DevOps strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in adopting DevOps practices, tools, and culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align DevOps initiatives with digital transformation efforts.
• Architect cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
• Lead containerization and orchestration strategies using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Establish GitOps workflows and automated deployment pipelines
• Integrate AI-powered automation and observability into DevOps workflows.
• Promote green computing and sustainable infrastructure practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through chaos engineering and resilience testing.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and architects across business units.
• Lead workshops and training sessions on modern DevOps practices.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
• Responsible for building the capability and capacity in the DevOps tool Chain
• Create new offerings and drive the implementation of the same
• Participate in CxO level customer visits and provide mindshare on Enterprise solutions
• Design and Implement DevOps platform solution using Open Source tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Git, GITHUB etc
• Architect and design Containerization, management monitor containers for OnPrem and on various public clouds
• Experience in providing end-to-end DevOps solution across the DevOps Tool Chain.
• Deep technical knowledge on Cloud-primarily Azure/AWS, but a competitive understanding of multiple public clouds is a plus

• Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
