Join our team as an Engagement Delivery Partner where you will leverage your extensive experience in CX-Program Management and Delivery Management to drive impactful solutions in the Production Planning and Control domain within the Industrial Manufacturing sector. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex projects ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions in the Production Planning and Control domain optimizing processes and enhancing productivity.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress addressing any challenges and ensuring timely resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Implement best practices in delivery management continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across various business units.
• Evaluate project performance utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity in all deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resources effectively optimizing team performance and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in CX-Program Management and Delivery Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate expertise in Production Planning and Control within the Industrial Manufacturing sector.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Show proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Display excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Have a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations ensuring compliance in all project activities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Certifications Required

PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
