Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Spring Boot Spring Core and Core Java. Experience in Retail Banking is a plus. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable applications using AWS Spring Boot and Core Java to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Spring Core components to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained through regular code reviews and testing.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and deployment processes.
• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks to align with project timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the development process for continuous improvement.
• Implement security measures and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of applications in a hybrid work model ensuring minimal downtime.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure project alignment.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer experiences in the Retail Banking domain.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in AWS Spring Boot Spring Core and Core Java essential for leading technical projects.
• Demonstrate experience in Retail Banking providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Show proficiency in technical documentation and communication ensuring clear and concise information sharing.
• Have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.

Must/ Mandatory Skill:

Java and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.) and cloud architecture design.
