Job Summary

The Manager-Solutions & BD role involves driving business development initiatives and managing solution strategies within HR domains across the United States and India. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in HR project management and enterprise app solutions. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on day shifts and will not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to enhance HR solutions across diverse markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for HR solutions.
• Manage and optimize HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
• Oversee the integration of enterprise app solutions within HR frameworks to improve service delivery.
• Lead initiatives to enhance digital business operations focusing on BPO strategies.
• Provide expert guidance in project and program management to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth and solution development.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine HR strategies and improve decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in HR practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR operations through innovative solutions and technologies.
• Support the development of training programs to enhance team capabilities in HR and related domains.
• Monitor and report on the performance of HR solutions making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in HR domains across the United States and India demonstrating a deep understanding of regional HR practices.
• Have a strong background in project and program management with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Experience in integrating enterprise app solutions within HR frameworks is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate expertise in digital business operations particularly in BPO strategies.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
• Show proficiency in developing strategic business development plans that align with organizational goals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives forward.

Certifications Required

Certified HR Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) Enterprise App Solution Certification.
