This role includes configuring settings, integrating Teams with other applications, providing user support, and developing efficient communication strategies. Skills Must have Microsoft Teams large-scale deployments. Microsoft Teams Phone System (Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and Operator Connect). Advanced Level of PowerShell automation, Session Border Controllers & SIP. Understanding and experience with Azure & Microsoft 365. One or a combination of the following formal accreditations: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Support Engineer Associate. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate. Nice to have Banking Domain or Telecom Domain Other Languages English: C2 Proficient Seniority Senior
