The role of a QA Tester in Microsoft Fabric involves a range of responsibilities that ensure the integrity and quality of data within the platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, executing, and maintaining automated tests to validate data integrity and quality from source systems to the Microsoft Fabric Delta Lakehouse.
• Designing and implementing data validation strategies to ensure accurate data migration and transformation.
• Performing comprehensive data testing to check data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Utilizing SQL and Python to create automated test scripts and manage testing frameworks.
• Collaborating with development and data engineering teams to resolve issues and improve data quality.
• Applying a thorough understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices in testing scenarios.
• Collaborating with data architects and engineers to understand the data flow and architecture within the Delta Lakehouse.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
  This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in testing large volumes of data, a deep understanding of data architecture, and the ability to create and execute automated tests.
