As a Sr. Developer specializing in Pega Platform you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance business processes. With a focus on Pega Integration and Performance Tuning your expertise will drive efficiency and optimize system capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Pega Installation and Release Management contributing to the companys success in the Charles River and Advent Geneva domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust solutions using Pega Platform to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
• Implement Pega Integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between systems and enhance data flow.
• Conduct Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning to optimize resource allocation and ensure system scalability.
• Monitor and control Pega applications to maintain performance standards and address any issues promptly.
• Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure smooth deployment and minimize disruptions.
• Perform Pega Performance Tuning to enhance application speed and responsiveness ensuring optimal user experience.
• Oversee Pega Installation to guarantee successful setup and configuration of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Pega solutions with business objectives and domain requirements.
• Utilize expertise in Charles River and Advent Geneva to tailor Pega solutions to specific industry needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for Pega processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute to company growth. Qualifications
• Possess strong experience in Pega Platform with a focus on integration sizing and capacity planning.
• Demonstrate expertise in Pega Monitoring and Control to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Have a solid understanding of Pega Release Management and Performance Tuning for optimal application functionality.
• Experience in Pega Installation ensuring successful setup and configuration.
• Knowledge of Charles River and Advent Geneva domains to effectively tailor Pega solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model collaborating with teams both remotely and on-site.
