Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:

• Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II / Rohr2 / Autopipe.
• Evaluate thermal expansion, seismic, wind, steam hammer, and other dynamic loads on piping systems.
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other relevant codes and standards.
• Review and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and general arrangement drawings.
• Collaborate with piping designers, civil/structural engineers, and project managers to resolve stress-related issues.
• Prepare technical reports, stress analysis documentation, and support design reviews.
• Provide input on pipe support design and selection.
• Participate in field walkdowns and support construction and commissioning activities.
• Interface with clients and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks
• Must be self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced team environment.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in piping stress analysis, preferably in the power industry.
• Proficiency in CAESAR II, Rohr2 or AutoPIPE.
• Strong understanding of piping materials, supports, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with power plant systems (e.g., steam, condensate, feedwater, cooling water).
• Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
