Job Summary

The Product Integrator(ISG) role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of Veeva CTMS and Vault CTMS systems within our organization. With a focus on enhancing research and development processes the candidate will leverage their expertise in Veeva Vault for CTMS to optimize workflows. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment contributing significantly to our clinical and bioinformatics projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Veeva CTMS and Vault CTMS systems effectively ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced productivity.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using Veeva Vault for CTMS driving efficiency in research and development processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva CTMS and Vault CTMS systems ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of Veeva Vault for CTMS in clinical and bioinformatics projects enhancing data management and accessibility.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and tailor system integrations to meet specific needs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on the effective use of Veeva CTMS and Vault CTMS promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Oversee the documentation of integration processes and system configurations maintaining accurate records for future reference and audits.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to leverage domain expertise in preclinical and clinical settings enhancing the impact of system integrations on project outcomes.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools that can complement Veeva CTMS and Vault CTMS recommending solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving project milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on industry trends and advancements in Veeva systems applying insights to enhance integration strategies.
• Support hybrid work model by facilitating remote collaboration tools and ensuring accessibility of Veeva systems for all team members.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical expertise in Veeva CTMS Vault CTMS and Veeva Vault for CTMS with a proven track record of successful system integrations.
• Demonstrate experience in R&D preclinical and clinical settings utilizing domain knowledge to enhance integration processes.
• Exhibit proficiency in bioinformatics applying insights to optimize data management within Veeva systems.
• Showcase excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Display strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse teams.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a focus on technology or life sciences.
• Have experience in a hybrid work environment demonstrating adaptability and effective remote collaboration skills.
