The Program Manager will oversee and manage complex projects involving DCS PLC SCADA and Emerson Delta V systems. With a hybrid work model the role requires strategic planning and execution to ensure project success. Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects involving DCS PLC SCADA and Emerson Delta V systems to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Oversee project budgets timelines and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering collaboration and innovation. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer needs. Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and presentations to ensure transparency and accountability. Facilitate communication between technical teams and management to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements. Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery and success. Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and solutions into existing systems. Drive innovation by exploring new opportunities and solutions to enhance project outcomes. Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering projects that have a positive impact on society and the environment.

.Qualifications: Possess strong technical expertise in DCS PLC SCADA and Emerson Delta V systems essential for project success. Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex technical projects demonstrating leadership and strategic planning skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution. Show a strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain a focus on quality and safety ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Display adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
