Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer you will play a crucial role in designing and developing embedded systems using C and C++. Your expertise in operations will be vital in optimizing processes and ensuring seamless integration. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts contributing significantly to the companys technological advancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement embedded software solutions using C and C++ to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware components ensuring seamless operation.
• Analyze and optimize existing code to improve efficiency and reduce resource consumption.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure reliability and stability in various operational environments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and practices.
• Document software designs specifications and processes to maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all software development activities.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on project progress.
• Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong proficiency in Embedded C and C++ programming languages essential for developing robust software solutions.
• Demonstrate experience in operations enabling effective collaboration with teams to optimize processes and achieve business goals.
• Strong command of Python with hands-on experience in Pytest or similar frameworks.
• Basic electronics knowledge including handling and interfacing with PCBs.
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating system
• Exposure to version control and configuration tools: Git Bitbucket Artifactory.
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines JobDSL scripting and CI/CD automation.
• Experience working with tools like DOORS Pure Variance.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
