Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce FSC Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio, FSC, Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable SFDC FSC that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SFDC solutions with existing systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development and Customization leveraging tools like Omnistudio, FSC and SFDC Lightning to optimize performance.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of SFDC Insurance Cloud to support business processes and improve customer experience.
• Develop and maintain SFDC Integration solutions to ensure data consistency and reliability across platforms.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SFDC solutions to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SFDC applications addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SFDC solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
• Document technical designs and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SFDC projects within budget constraints.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for SFDC development and integration.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with hands-on experience in Omnistudio and SFDC Lightning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Integration and Configuration ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Have experience working with SFDC Insurance Cloud optimizing it for business needs.
• Nice to have experience in Program Management and Transformation contributing to strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show excellent communication skills facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
