Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Identity and Security Salesforce Development and Customization and Salesforce Experience Cloud. This role involves designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to safeguard data and maintain system integrity.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to ensure appropriate data access and security.
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
• Implement SFDC Data management strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interface and experience.
• Configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs leveraging SFDC Configuration skills.
• Support IT business operations by providing technical guidance and solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and incorporate new features into existing systems.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Identity and Security ensuring robust protection of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Development and Customization delivering tailored solutions.
• Have experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance customer engagement.
• Exhibit knowledge in SFDC Sharing and Visibility for secure data management.
• Show capability in Salesforce DevOps to optimize development workflows.
• Understand SFDC Data management for maintaining data integrity.
• Be skilled in SFDC Lightning to improve user interface design.
• Have experience in SFDC Integration for seamless system connectivity.
• Be adept in SFDC Configuration to customize Salesforce functionalities.
• Experience in IT business support is a plus providing valuable domain insights.

Certifications Required

Any 2 to 3 Salesforce Architect Certifications is required.
