Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer you will leverage your expertise in Generative AI SAP ABAP Workflow and related technologies to drive innovative solutions within our hybrid work model. Your role will involve developing and optimizing applications ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You will contribute to impactful projects that enhance our business processes and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP Web Services and WebDynpro for Java and ABAP to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize Generative AI to innovate and automate processes improving productivity and reducing manual effort.
• Optimize existing workflows and applications to enhance functionality and streamline operations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Implement best practices in software development to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret complex data models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP technologies and Generative AI.
• Ensure seamless integration of new applications with existing systems minimizing disruptions and maximizing compatibility.
• Document technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and improve overall code quality.
• Contribute to projects that align with the companys goals enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Qualifications
• Possess strong technical skills in SAP ABAP Workflow WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP essential for developing robust applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Generative AI enabling innovative solutions and automation.
• Experience in Core ABAP is crucial for maintaining and optimizing existing systems.
• Familiarity with data models is advantageous supporting effective data management and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for successful project execution.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within teams.
