Job Summary
The SAP System Architect and delivery Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all system and architectural changes around our SAP legacy and future ERP Systems. This is including the internal team coordination, sharing ways of working covering the defined governance principle following the IT project methodology of project implementation, roll-outs and carve outs or ERP Systems. Beside this ensuring system readiness during releases and smooth technical and business transition incl. hypercare and stabilization phase of small and big ERP projects

Your focus will be the area of SAP domain architecture and will be member of Corporate ERP team.

Your Role:

• Define target ERP landscape for the sector and establish & execute plan towards the target landscape (using new technologies with BTP and CLEAN CORE)
• Define and implement remediation plan to address the sector technology debt.
• Design and implement IT controls for NIS2 and other cyber compliance
• Implement vulnerability management process within sector ERP landscape
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance to the company's IT/OT standards.
• Design and implement SAP solutions that align SAP Roadmap and future technology with the business understandings and needs of the organization
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE architecture and interface diagrams for the sector.
• Ensure timely closure of compliance and audit activities to uphold regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure ERP landscape comply with the company's disaster and recovery policies and procedures
• Ensure Good Documentation and shared through KT Sessions
• Act as Governance ensuring sustainability of ERP System
• Validating technical solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes as high level and identify system wide impacts
• Coordinate developments ensuring the Template Built, providing options in SAP Standard verifying E2E Solution building a sustainable ERP System
• Oversee the technical aspects of project solution delivery and ensure adherence to process governance
• Support the CLEAN CORE concept, verify and analyze solution and deliver the best solution after comparison and recommendation

Work environment:

• Experience in SAP ERP architecture, SAP ERP implementations, SAP ERP upgrades and related non-SAP components
• Working in an international team being able to function in cross functional teams including SAP Basis, Infrastructure, SAP Security, SAP Applications
• 5-8 years comparable job experience
• Good understanding of ERP infrastructure
• Good knowledge of service support processes and SLA
• GXP principles from advantage

Who You Are:

• Experience in SAP ERP architecture, SAP ERP implementations, SAP ERP upgrades and related non-SAP components
• Project Management capabilities
• Good knowledge in SAP Security background, IT/OT standards
• Excellent in usage pf Microsoft office applications
• Self-driven, strong analytical and conceptional skills
• Excellent and fluent communication in English speaking and writing
• Organizational and presentation talent as well as intercultural competence
