Bangalore - Karnataka - India Your tasks and responsibilities: Drive SAP MDG initiatives with a focus on Business Partner (Customer/Vendor) and Financial Master Data, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance standards Act as IT Change Manager, facilitating stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption of master data processes Coordinate with business and IT teams to define and harmonize master data requirements across departments.
Support the strategic integration of SAP MDG with SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise systems, ensuring consistent and reliable data flows Oversee the implementation of master data governance frameworks and policies together with our business counterparts Facilitate workshops and documentation to support business readiness and process understanding Collaborate with integration and solution architecture teams to ensure scalable and sustainable data management solutions Monitor and report on data quality, performance KPIs, change impact with business value Manage external service providers, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and ensuring delivery quality Coordinate service provider activities across project phases, ensuring alignment with internal standards and timelines Your qualifications and experience: University degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field Several years of experience in SAP MDG and/or SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on Business Partner and Financial Master Data Experience in change management and stakeholder coordination within IT SAP projects Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise integration concepts Understanding of master data lifecycle and governance principles Experience in international or cross-functional project environments SAP IT background with SAP MDG related knowledge in: SAP MDG (Data Models, Workflows, BRF+, DRF, Data Replication) SAP S/4HANA (especially MDG for Financials and Business Partner) SAP Fiori apps related to master data Familiarity with integration technologies (e.
