As a Lead Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data storage and archiving solutions leveraging your expertise in Generative AI Amazon S3 OpenText Archive Server Azure Storage and SAP technologies. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing data accessibility and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize data storage solutions using Amazon S3 and Azure Storage to ensure efficient data retrieval and security.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OpenText Archive Server and OpenText-Content Server to streamline document management processes.
• Utilize Generative AI to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities driving innovation in data management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by implementing SAP DART and SAP ILM solutions safeguarding data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP Archiving to optimize data storage and retrieval processes enhancing operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement data archiving strategies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data storage systems identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Lead initiatives to enhance data security and privacy ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of data management solutions across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in data management processes by leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities in data management and compliance.
• Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective data management practices. Qualifications
• Possess a strong technical background in Generative AI Amazon S3 and Azure Storage with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate expertise in OpenText Archive Server and OpenText-Content Server with a focus on optimizing document management processes.
• Have experience in SAP DART SAP ILM and SAP Archiving with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing data management strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Display excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
