What you will enjoy in this role As part of the Infrastructure Automation team, you’ll drive large-scale automation initiatives that power Epsilon’s global platforms and products. You’ll work with new technologies like Terraform, Ansible, AWX, and multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build enterprise-grade automation solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to influence infrastructure strategies, shaping how automation, compliance, and efficiency are achieved across environments. You’ll collaborate with high-performing DevOps, Cloud, and Product Engineering teams, gaining exposure to diverse and complex technology ecosystems. Responsibilities Design, build, and automate cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform and Ansible. Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and enforce best practices across environments. Implement and maintain AWX/Ansible Tower for centralized automation, job orchestration, and access management. Collaborate with product and platform teams to define automation standards and drive cloud adoption at scale. Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and compliance. Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost through proactive automation. Ensure security and governance are embedded in infrastructure automation processes. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and drive root-cause analysis for long-term solutions. Mentor and guide engineers to upskill in Terraform, Ansible, and cloud automation practices. Contribute to architectural discussions, influencing platform strategy and automation roadmap. Qualifications BE/ B. Tech/ MCA 5-8 years of experience Solid grasp of Linux administration, networking, and scripting (Ansible, Shell, and Python). Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale complex automation pipelines in production environments. Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure automation (with working knowledge of Azure and GCP). Proven experience with CI/CD integration, Git-based workflows, and version control practices.
