How You’ll Make an Impact: Epsilon is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing Strategic Account Engagement team. This role sits within Epsilon’s Marketing team, directly helping craft highly personalized interactions that deliver impactful account experiences. In this role, you’ll analyze our top strategic accounts and provide actionable insights to implement highly targeted marketing strategies. You will support and complete the go-to-market strategy through organizational mapping, connecting data-driven insights with creative ways to engage, and proactively identifying where and how toimplemente outreach that will all have a direct impact on long-term partnerships, revenue growth, and customer advocacy. Responsibilities Aggregate rich account manifestos and actionable insights that drive hyper-personalized outreach Build robust target profiles that highlight unique outreach opportunities Identity emerging, high-value accounts worthy of dedicated support Capture and proactively share industry news regarding any priority account mentions, event participation, earnings calls, and updates Research new tools, data, and partners that will help optimize our efforts and increase efficiencies Prepare and participate in regular partner reviews as the information expert Partner with marketing and sales teams to translate data into actionable insights that inform account engagement plans and drive pipeline growth. Assist in cross-functionally with creative, content, and digital teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns tailored to specific accounts and buyer personas. Leverage marketing technologies and analytics platforms to extract insights, test strategies, and report on marketing performance across owned and paid channels. Own segmentation and targeting models for key accounts, ensuring data accuracy and enabling hyper-personalized engagement. Support strategic account planning sessions with data insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence to influence campaign direction and investment. Contribute to marketing operations by advising on tools, data integrations, and workflows that improve targeting and tracking. Qualifications Who You Are: You are a self-driven, strategic and analytical problem solver with a passion for uncovering insights and optimizing marketing performance to drive growth in key accounts. You bring a strong understanding of B2B marketing, account-based strategy, and a data-first approach. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or account-based marketing roles BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (advanced analytics certifications are a plus) Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Experience working in or supporting B2B marketing and sales organizations; ABM experience a plus Demonstrated ability to interpret and visualize complex data to drive strategy and business outcomes Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SalesNavigator, Winmo, Google Analytics, Eloqua) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Experience developing insights and presenting to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data and information into compelling stories and action A collaborative and proactive teammate with a growth mindset and attention to detail Self-starter with a strong predisposition for action and solving problems. Strategic thinker with an inquisitive mind-set to challenge industry norms to create memorable account experiences. Able to do your best work in a team setting and autonomously.
