This team will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless qualification and coordination of changes across complex IT infrastructures.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0px;"></p><p><span style="font-size:inherit;" data-teams="true">The Security Change Qualification Specialist will act as a key bridge between the customer and the operational SOC team, ensuring that all security change requests are accurately qualified and clearly defined for seamless implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise, coordination capabilities, and communication skills to excel in this highly visible and critical role.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0px;"></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;" data-teams="true">Primary responsibility is to provide Tier 2 network security support of Firewall/Proxy/LB environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;" data-teams="true">This position interfaces with external clients and is highly visible.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;" data-teams="true">Responsible for general architecture, initial configurations and subsequent management of one or more Firewall/VPN based/IPS/Proxy/DLP/Sandbox systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;" data-teams="true">Provide 24x7 production support to accept, operate and maintain security elements.
