The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in object-oriented programming, architectural principles, and Windows-based application development. This role demands strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions. Responsibilities Define and drive the architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Lead the design and development of applications using C# .NET, Python, and PIMCORE. Establish coding standards and best practices across development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and guide developers in applying SOLID principles and design patterns. Oversee the integration of legacy systems, including Fortran-based applications. Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards Support Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues and bottlenecks. Ensure seamless user experience through effective frontend architecture (WPF, WinForms). Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. 1013 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in architectural roles. Expertise in C# .NET, Python, and PIMCORE. Strong command of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Proven experience in Windows application development (WPF, WinForms). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Fortran is a plus for legacy system integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
