This role is key to designing and building our next-generation monitoring and Observability platform, while also managing our current solution and leading the migration strategy to the new platform. As a Solution integrator for monitoring and Observability , You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end monitoring and Observability solutions, optimizing data pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making through real-time analytics.</p></p>About you<p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Deep expertise in service assurance, particularly in Monitoring and Observability for enterprise networks.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Hands-on experience with full-stack Observability platforms, AIOps, and telemetry solutions (eg: Splunk ,MoogSoft ,ELK)</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Hands-on experience with Monitoring<span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"> </span>platforms .(eg: Ciena UAA ,Solarwinds, NNMi etc)</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Strong understanding of cloud-native monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Knowledge of automation frameworks for network and application monitoring.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Experience with machine learning-driven anomaly detection and predictive analytics for service assurance.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Familiarity with ITSM and incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk ITSI).</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Ability to drive integration of monitoring solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources: syslogs, APIs, databases, and Kafka.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Build and optimize data parsing and transformation in Observability and monitoring platform.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Define and enforce governance in monitoring and Observability platform including field naming conventions, tagging, and data models</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Establish monitoring standards, on boarding procedures, and documentation for new data sources and use cases.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment, and ensure proper documentation.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">SAFe understanding is required to ensure familiarity with agile frameworks.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Preferred to have certification in Observability platform like Splunk Core Certified Power User / Admin.</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">Preferred to have certification in Monitoring platform like UAA Network Administrator / SolarWinds NPM .</p><p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;">You should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities that empower you to assess complex situations critically and make
