Job Summary

As a Sr. Product Specialist(T) you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging your expertise in Oracle-SQL and Werum PAS-X. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our systems. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our services driving innovation and excellence in our operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using Oracle-SQL and Werum PAS-X ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely resolutions to maintain system integrity and reliability.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Provide expert guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee the deployment and integration of new features and updates ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations.Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues and optimize efficiency.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members skills and knowledge in Oracle-SQL and Werum PAS-X.Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and support for external systems.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest levels of data security and privacy.Provide regular updates and reports to management highlighting key achievements and areas for development.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Oracle-SQL and Werum PAS-X with a proven track record of successful implementations.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in iRCAS is a plus providing additional insights into domain-specific challenges and solutions.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
