Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and mySQL. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust software applications using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and mySQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the teams capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement best practices for security and data protection in software development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to support growing business demands.
• Document technical specifications and project progress for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Engage in agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and mySQL showcasing strong technical expertise.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Possess strong communication skills in English both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is a plus to better understand domain-specific requirements.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the software engineering field.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges in software projects.
