Our Corporate Citizenship Team designs programs Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and execute them with diverse stakeholders in order to improve quality of life and create lasting value for society. We are looking for a professional with good exposure to development sector, specially in the domain of education, environment and community development. Do apply, if you’re that passionate professional who’ll join us at Gurugram and drive the CSR projects for Siemens Energy India. In this role, you will be responsible for: a) Design, plan, implement CSR projects b) Set up project monitoring and evaluation mechanism c) Prepare regular program and finance report d) Liaise with stakeholders such as Businesses, Employees, Management, Government departments, NGOs, Educational Institutes including Universities e) Engage with implementation partner and direct project beneficiaries f) Design project-related internal and external communication We don’t need superheroes, just super minds The must haves for this role, include: 1. Educational Qualification Master of Social Work / Social Sciences / Development studies / related qualification 2. Professional experience 3 to 5 years of working in the development sector Experience in use of tech in projects will be preferred 3. Skills expected Adequately using MS Office Effective communication skills both verbal and written Development project management skills 4. People / personal competencies Must be self-driven and motivated, effective team player, able to learn on-the-go, result oriented and passionate about impacting people and society This role is based in Gurugram. You’ll also get to visit other locations in India, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you.
