Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining network solutions that enhance connectivity and security. You will leverage your expertise in Cisco ISE Firewall Wireless Networking - Aruba and Switching & Routing HP to drive impactful projects. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of network solutions that optimize connectivity and security for the organizationOversee the configuration and management of Cisco ISE to ensure robust identity and access management across the networkProvide technical expertise in Firewall management ensuring the protection of network infrastructure from external threatsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Wireless Networking solutions using Aruba technology enhancing wireless connectivityImplement and maintain Switching & Routing solutions using HP technology to ensure efficient data flow and network performanceConduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changesTroubleshoot network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operationsDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes for future referenceProvide training and support to team members on network technologies and best practicesStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network solutionsWork closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all network implementationsContribute to the companys purpose by enhancing network infrastructure thereby improving overall productivity and security. QualificationsDemonstrate proficiency in Cisco ISE for identity and access managementExhibit strong skills in Firewall configuration and management for network securityPossess expertise in Wireless Networking with Aruba technology for optimal connectivityShowcase experience in Switching & Routing using HP technology for efficient network operationsHave a solid understanding of network protocols and architectureDisplay excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in network troubleshootingCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
