Our extensive experience and knowledge in global communication solutions, together with our understanding of multinational business and local support in 166 countries and territories, ensure that our customers receive a consistent, global solution wherever they do business.</p>About the role<p><ul> <li>Design and develop scalable and secure enterprise applications</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li> <li>Architect and implement full stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, and database components</li> <li>Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks for application development</li> <li>Archirect and implement the applications on Multiple cloud platform</li> <li>Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for software development and architecture</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations</li> <li>Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in application architecture</li> <li>Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise services Bus, API, design and 24x7 operations.</li> <li>Able to perform POC wherever required on prem or on cloud using latest technologies and tools</li> <li>Continue to expand enterprise architecture artifacts of the application including current state architecture, application roadmap and standards</li> <li>Participate in the preparation of the long-range systems plans and assure that they are in alignment with the business objectives and goals</li> <li>Analyze the industry and market trends and determine the impact on solution.</li> <li>Should be able to provide the high-level efforts for the solution.</li> <li>Help with designing the architecture and documentation of the application</li></ul><p><span style="font-family:helvetica 45 light,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Must be an effective communicator, balancing business goals with engineering goals, efficiently manage a communication with the<br />business owner of a project Write elegant, clean, and well-solution documentation</span></span></p><p></p></p>About you<p><ul> <li>Expert knowledge of virtualization, container, and cloud technologies</li> <li>Proven experience as a full stack developer and enterprise application architect</li> <li>Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)</li> <li>Strong expertise in back-end technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and frameworks (e.g., Spring, .NET, Django)</li> <li>Experience with database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)</li> <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect)</li> <li>Must have experience in providing solution to multichannel applications (Web, IVR, Mobile, BOTs) on cloud platform.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.</li> <li>Understanding of security principles and best practices in application development</li> <li>Effective communication and collaboration abilities</li> <li>Should have working knowledge of using a latest development tools and techniques like TFC, GIT, DevOps, Jira</li> <li>Team-player with strong communication & collaboration skills.</li> <li>Understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile (XP and Scrum), Rapid Application Development, etc.</li></ul></p>What we offer<p><ul> <li>BE/B.
