• Support the Finance team in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in real-world business operations
• Assist in preparing financial reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership review
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational processes, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s internal policies and global compliance standards
• Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, helping identify areas for efficiency and improvement
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, with guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, in a collaborative and inclusive team environment

• CA certified with minimum 01 year of work experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions 
• Candidates must be based in Navi Mumbai and available for full-time, on-site engagement
