Position Overview
 

The Video Producer is pivotal in shaping how our customers learn, engage, and succeed with our products through high-impact video content. You’ll collaborate with learning experience designers, content developers, and subject matter experts to bring learning experiences to life.
 

Responsibilities

• Plan, storyboard, and produce engaging video content for eLearning, onboarding, and customer enablement.

  
  

• Capture and edit high-quality video and audio, integrating motion graphics, animations, and voiceovers.

  
  

• Create and edit static and motion graphics to support video content, learning modules, and digital assets.

  
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with learning design, content development, and content production teams to align content with customer needs and business goals.

  
  

• Write and refine scripts that are clear and concise.

  
  

• Manage production workflows, including asset libraries, timelines, and post-production processes.

  
  

• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all video and graphic content.

  
  

• Stay current with trends in video production, motion design, and learning technologies.

  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in video production, preferably in a learning or customer education environment.

  
  

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Camtasia.

  
  

• Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio of educational or instructional video and graphic work.

  
  

• Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  
  

• Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM, and accessibility standards is a plus.

  
  

• Familiarity with audio text-to-speech tools like WellSaid, or ElevenLabs is a plus.

  
  

• Nice-to-have : Experience with Autodesk products within at least one industry—Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), Manufacturing, or Media & Entertainment
