Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Core Connector. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing integration solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday technologies to enhance our systems efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday integration solutions to meet business needs and enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Workday Core Connector configurations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Workday integrations ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues minimizing downtime and ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor integration performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize system efficiency.
• Document integration processes and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
• Train and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices in Workday integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure all integration solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations ensuring they continue to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Core Connector.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
