The opportunity

This is a technical leadership role guiding clients on end-to-end cloud solutions and architecture for large-scale cloud transformation projects. Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ teams, and we’ll look to you to provide them with a unique perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive with cloud technologies.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead Solution Architecture for enterprise-scale CRM and Power Platform implementations leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and Service modules.
• Advise clients on cloud-native architectures that unify Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services for customer data, analytics, and automation.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and composable architectures using Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Define solution roadmaps that align with business priorities, regulatory frameworks (PDPL, GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001), and industry-specific requirements (Public Sector, Utilities, Energy, FS).
• Drive enablement of Microsoft Copilot and GenAI experiences across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform workloads.
• Collaborate with Microsoft to position EY as a preferred transformation partner through co-selling, joint account planning, and innovation workshops.
• Mentor and guide multi-location teams (Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore) across solution design, DevOps, ALM, and delivery governance.
• Contribute to go-to-market development — building accelerators, reusable frameworks, and EY IP around industry-specific Microsoft solutions (Energy Cloud, Public Sector CX, Utilities Data Hub).

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 12+ years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or CRM transformation programs within consulting or enterprise delivery environments.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
• Strong technical understanding of Dataverse, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid), and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience designing AI-infused business applications using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, and AI Builder.
• Ability to architect secure solutions leveraging Azure AD, Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Entra.
• Familiarity with low-code governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) setup, and environment strategy for Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines for D365 ALM.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 CE Architect Expert, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
• Experience with data integration and analytics via Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or Data Factory.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills with the ability to interface confidently at CIO/CTO/Program Director level.
• Willingness to travel across UAE, KSA, and the wider MENA region.
