Optimiza is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure efficiency and quality in our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards before delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.
Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are manufactured in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and maintain production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting production goals.
Train, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the production process.
Prepare reports and presentations on production performance for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in production management, preferably in a technology-focused or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Proficient in using production management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
