Position:

 As a special Process Expert,  you will coordinate the industrial control of the Special Processes (SP) during tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, warranty and maintenance and Support technology and activity transfers :

You are able to adapt the work to the human being :▪ Structure the ergonomic approach of the site▪ Participate to design phases for critical assemblies on which simulations tools are required to check relevancy of industrialorientations vs REX▪ Monitor site performance vs Ergo indicators and dashboard▪ Ensure the application of the ergo ALSTOM standards in industrial activities by integrating the APSYS requirements▪ Represent site interest in ergonomics at region level.

Selection Criteria:

Engineering degree

2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial method

Fluent in English

Autonomous, rigorous, good communication

Good teaching skills (able to provide training to a group of trainees)

Innovative, participative in business workgroups
