Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Data Integration and Salesforce Agentforce. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on enhancing our retail banking solutions. The candidate will contribute to impactful projects that drive our companys success and societal benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate Salesforce applications that align with company goals.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce integration.
• Ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with existing systems to enhance data flow and accuracy.
• Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Agentforce to optimize customer service operations.
• Oversee the development of custom Salesforce applications to support retail banking initiatives.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Document technical specifications and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine Salesforce solutions for optimal user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support the deployment of Salesforce solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Salesforce Data Integration and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Experience in retail banking is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Show a commitment to staying current with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends.
